I am currently a Senior Business Systems Analyst with the research administration systems team at Harvard University. I have over 10 years of experience working with Institutional Review Board (IRB) offices in the oversight of human subjects research. Primarily managing the system which supports IRB submission, review and reporting, I have expertise in human subjects, HIPAA, FDA and other regulations, along with institution-specific policies and review workflows. With crossover responsibilities, I also work with the business to identify improvement opportunities, document specifications, complete development, and assist with change management activities.
