Dr. Chitkushev has served on several IEEE conference committees and as a NSF review panelist. He is co-founder and associate director of Boston University’s Center for Reliable Information Systems & Cyber Security, and played a role in initiatives that led to Boston University’s designation as a Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance by the National Security Agency. Chitkushev teaches data communications, computer networks, advanced Internet technologies, medical informatics, and network security.
