BUILDS places 3rd at NorthSec

On a weekend in May, 32 teams with 256 total members earned points for hacking into computers specifically set up for the NorthSec computer security competition in Montreal. The team from BUILDS, which included BU CS students and alumni, won 3rd place.

Boston University’s second annual hackathon, organized by MakeBU, took place on March 28-29, 2015 . Projects ranged from 3d-printed piano keys to immersive virtual reality games.
