Prof Lincoln opens GPT4 Coding Assistant Trial-Class | Deadline: Nov 10th
Professor Andrea Lincoln has a unique opportunity that is open to all undergraduate students with an interest in building websites or writing python code, regardless of your current skill level. Professor Lincoln is conducting a 9-hour seminar designed to serve as a pilot for a new coding class aimed at leveraging GPT-4’s capabilities.
During this hands-on seminar, you will have the opportunity to build a personal website from scratch and tackle Python coding challenges with the assistance of GPT-4. This experience is designed to be educational and engaging, providing us with valuable insights into the prerequisites needed for future classes.
We are seeking participants from a variety of coding backgrounds– from absolute beginners who have never written a line of code to students who have have taken introductory programming courses. Everyone is welcome to apply, and we encourage those with a curiosity about coding to join us!
Here’s what you can expect:
- Full reimbursement for one month of GPT-4 access.
- Complimentary meals provided during the seminar.
- To participate, you must be available from 6 PM to 9 PM on Wednesday, November 15th; Thursday, November 16th; and Friday, November 17th.
