Myles Standish Hall – Construction Activity – 9/24/16 – 9/30/16
Subcontractors will receive deliveries all week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both Beacon Street and Bay State Road. Beacon Street Work – 9/12/16 through 09/27/16 – The following construction work will be occurring on Beacon Street from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
BU Theatre Center – Construction Activity – 9/24/16 – 10/15/16
The project team will hold a meeting to present details of the project program and design and to inform the BU community of the project’s progress on Wednesday, September 28 at 3:30 p.m. in room 110 at 928 Commonwealth Avenue (SHA).

Saturday, 9/17/16 – No work. Beacon Street Work – 9/12/16 through 9/27/16 – Starting on Tuesday, September 6th, the following construction work will be occurring on Beacon Street from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 9/18/16
Mast climber 5 will be in operation, and the notch on the Morse Auditorium side of the building will continue to get enclosed. Installation of rain screen will continue on the connector bridge and from the third floor down on the Cummington Mall side.
BU Theatre Center – Project Update – Pre-cast Pile Driving Operation Complete
The process of driving pre-cast piles on the Theatre Center project site is now complete. The pile driving rig is being de-mobilized. Drilled mini piles are still being installed, however this process causes little or no vibration and much less noise.
BU Theatre Center – Construction Activity – 9/10/16 – 10/1/16
Eversource is scheduled energize the new transformer by 12 a.m. on Saturday, 9/10. Aslan Electric is scheduled to start the permanent power tie in the building at 7 a.m. on Sunday, 9/11. All power will be restored to 808 Commonwealth Avenue by end of the day Sunday, 9/11.

CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 9/11/16
Mast climber 5 will be in operation. Rainscreen preparation will take place on the Cummington Mall side of the building and the connector bridge rainscreen will continue. The notch on the Morse Auditorium side of the building will start to be enclosed. Installation of the white frames (TGP) on the Commonwealth Avenue side of the 1st floor will also take place.
Buick Street Traffic Reduced to One Lane
Traffic on Buick Street will be reduced to one lane from Friday, September 9, through Wednesday, September 14, as Facilities Management & Planning (FM&P) conducts phase one of what may be a two-phase steam pipe replacement of lines serving 25 Buick Street and 855, 871, and 881 Commonwealth Avenue.
