24 Cummington – Emergency Panel Shutdown – 10/14/16
Due to construction in the building, the 3rd and 4th floor emergency panels at 24 Cummington Mall (LSEB) will be shut down between the hours of 5 and 7:30 a.m. on Friday, 10/14.

CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 10/9/16
Rain screen installation will continue on the Morse Auditorium side on mast climber 5 and on the Cummington Mall side from the third floor down. Ipswich Bay Glass will be working two shifts next week on this mast climber—first shift – 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and second shift – 3 to 11 p.m.
Buick Street Closure – 10/8/16
Buick Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 8 so that the road can be repaved following the underground steam line replacement.
Myles Standish Hall – Construction Activity – 10/8/16 to 10/14/16
Monday – 10/10/16 – No work due to Columbus Day. For the rest of the week the following work will take place: Load out at Beacon Street – Load out demolition debris from 1st floor to dumpster with ongoing daily dumpster swaps.

On Saturday, the following construction work will be occurring onsite from 7am – 5pm. Activities will require workers, trucks, and equipment in point park area.

Subcontractors will receive deliveries all week from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. on both Beacon Street and Bay State Road. Load out at Beacon Street – Load out demolition debris from 1st floor to dumpster with ongoing daily dumpster swaps.
CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 10/2/16
Waterproofing of the air-vapor barrier (AVB) on the notch on the Morse Auditorium side of the building will take place, as well as rainscreen installation using mast climber 5. AVB installation will continue on the first and second floors below mast climber 5.
Myles Standish Hall – Saturday Work – 10/1/16
Install of relieving angles in the alley on fraco. Clean and stock staging for masons in the alley and on the Beacon Street and Bay State Road sides of building. Interior rough and interior demolition. Activities will require workers, trucks, and equipment in point park area.
CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 9/25/16
Glazing, rainscreen installation, and air-vapor barrier waterproofing will take place on the on the notch on the Morse Auditorium side of the building using mast climber 5. Installation of rainscreen will continue on the connector bridge and from the 3rd floor down on the Cummington Mall side.
