COM advertising student Helena Wang (’26) received the Jury Selection Prize for her entry in a city poster design competition to celebrate the “physical and cultural icons” of Franklin Park, Boston’s largest open space.

“Helena is a truly gifted designer and art director who has a unique style,” said Doug Gould, COM professor of the practice in advertising. “It’s no surprise that her work stood out to the jury. She is a joy to teach.”

The competition was sponsored by the City of Boston, the Boston Society of Landscape Architects and the Franklin Park Coalition. Wang’s winning entry, along with designs of other prize recipients, were displayed at Boston City Hall last month and can be viewed online
