CAS Announces New Course Alongside Student Internships
CAS has announced the CAS Internship Program for Spring 2024, which provides students with a new course in conjunction with their off-campus internship.
According to CAS, “the course compliments the experiential learning you’ll be doing in your internships, by encouraging critical self-reflection and the development of career readiness competencies.”
Admittance to the course is application-based and requires students to have previously secured their own internship placement. A competitive application process is anticipated.
The priority deadline to apply for the course is December 1, 2023, and students can find information about eligibility, applications, and the course itself on the CAS Internship Program website.
The in-person course will meet every other Monday from 4:30pm-6:15pm during the Spring 2024 semester and will be taught by Experiential Learning Connector staff.
