CIMS Welcomes Danyelle Greene

The Cinema & Media Studies Program is pleased to welcome Danyelle Greene to our ranks this academic year, as a Visiting Assistant Professor.

Danyelle joins us from the University of Kansas where she recently earned a Ph.D. in Film and Media Studies.  Her research and teaching interests include African American cinema, critical race studies and religion. This Fall, Danyelle is teaching two exciting new courses: CI 352 Black Auteurs and CI 390 Black American Cinema. In the Spring, she will teach courses on Black Religion in Film and Black Television Comedy. Check these courses out!
