
Vishnupriya Kasireddy
Learning Facilitator
Vishnupriya Kasireddy is a Learning Facilitator in the Faculty of Computing & Data Sciences (CDS) at Boston University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Applied Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Biology from Marshall University. While at Marshall, she conducted research in plant phylogeny and neuropharmacology, publishing her first paper as a first author during her undergraduate studies. She also carried out research focused on modeling and predicting the reproductive success of freshwater mussels in the Ohio River based on environmental attributes.
Born in India and raised in West Virginia, Vishnupriya began her professional career in Boston as a Model Validation Analyst at the catastrophic risk company AIR Worldwide. She later moved to Washington state to start a family and is now based in South Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
