Director of Student Academic Experience

Molly-Kate joined CDS in January 2025 as the Director of Student Academic Experience. She oversees all aspects of undergraduate academic programming and planning within CDS, and is responsible for the creation, planning, implementation, oversight, and assessment of the many academic-related services for CDS undergraduate students. Examples include academic advising, admissions, orientation, first year retention programs, academic records management, graduation certification, commencement, career services, and student programming for undergraduate students at CDS. Molly-Kate also oversees all aspects of undergraduate curricular planning, including degree and course creations and revisions, enrollment management, bulletin preparation in addition to representing CDS on a number of University-level committees.

Molly-Kate began her career at Boston University in 2013 and has worked in graduate admissions with the College of Arts and Sciences, the Athletic Department in administrative and advising roles, and the School of Hospitality Administration as the Director of Student Services, Graduate Admissions, & Enrollment. She has a BS in Psychology from Sacred Heart University, a MEd in Higher Education Administration from Boston University, and is currently pursuing her EdD in Higher Education Administration at Northeastern University.
