Erin Murdock

Erin has been overseeing finances and personnel administration in CDS since 2022. As Assistant Director of Finance & Personnel, Erin oversees and supports all financial and student worker processes related to the programmatic and administrative operations of the unit. This includes the annual budgeting process, student hiring and payroll, ongoing financial administrative transactions, and budget reconciliations and confirmations.

With an aptitude for organization and management and a drive towards academic excellence, Erin is determined to “find creative ways to apply [her] higher education and finance background” to the CDS workspace.

Erin earned her Master of Education from the Wheelock College of Education and Human Development and her Master of Business Administration from Questrom School of Business,

Prior to her work and studies at BU, Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Gender Studies from Mount Holyoke College, and also holds a certificate in Queer, Trans, and Sexuality Studies.
