Convocation Ceremony Details

The Faculty of Computing & Data Sciences 2026 Convocation Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 16, and is exclusive to CDS students (undergraduates, master’s, and Ph.D. candidates). Convocation in May is the only event where student names are called by the Degree Programs.

When

Saturday, May 16, 2026, 9:30 AM.  Student Check-in is at 8:30AM.

Where

Boston University Case Gym, 285 Babcock St., Boston, MA 02215

Tickets for graduates and their guests are not required.

Parking & Transportation

BU Shuttle provided free service throughout the weekend.  More information on parking, public transportation,and rideshare opportunities will be available as we get closer to the event.

A reception was held in the West Campus Dining Hall, 275 Babcock St, Boston, MA 02215.

Diplomas

Diplomas will be mailed to all graduates. Diplomas were not available on the day of the ceremony. See the diploma mailing schedule.
