Addison Groove Project Reunites
With their hallmark blend of funk, rock, and jazz, Addison Groove Project (AGP)—including Andrew Keith (CGS’00, CAS’03), drummer since the band’s founding in 1997—fired up their fans at The Sinclair in Cambridge, Mass., on March 28, 2026. Making their name in the early to mid-2000s, AGP was a regular headliner around Boston, appearing often at the Paradise Rock Club on BU’s West Campus. The band toured nationally, playing at clubs, colleges, and major festivals—such as Bonnaroo and the Gathering of the Vibes—and released five albums. Other alums in the band: Rob Marscher (CAS’01), keyboard and vocals, and Dave Adams (CFA’11), alto sax and vocals. In 2004, AGP’s founding bass player, John Hall, died of cancer at 25 years old, and his bandmates honored his memory by donating a portion of the show’s proceeds to cancer research.
