Tips for Coping with College Stress and Anxiety
As campus life returns to normal (albeit a post-pandemic normal) with in-person classes and on-campus events, all the stuff we’ve missed over the last 18 months, students are also dealing with the daily stress and anxiety of college life—you know, the usual, from juggling class assignments and exams to social life to part-time jobs to planning career strategies.
In this video, student vlogger Anna Malygin (Questrom’23) talks about her self-care regimen and offers tips for how to manage stress in your life.
For instance, she says, doing small things for yourself throughout the day can make a huge difference when it comes to your mental health, whether it’s grabbing your favorite drink at Starbucks, taking time to sit in a park and read, cooking a favorite meal, or planning ahead for classes so you have more time to fit in your personal passions (in her case, painting and journaling). Take a look. Her tips may help you better manage the stress in your life.
