  1. “Common human beings”? Really?!? This choice of words from the study’s director does not bode well for this study being able to establish the kind if rapport that will be necessary if you want study participants to share anything about their lives worth listening to — which is (he says) “the most crucial aspect of this study.” Leadership determines institutional culture. Condescension will get y’all nowhere.
