Radiologist Joins MED

Ali Guermazi is appointed MED associate professor of radiology.

Ali Guermazi was recently appointed an associate professor of radiology at Boston University School of Medicine and section head of musculoskeletal radiology at Boston Medical Center. Previously Guermazi was the medical director of lymphoma and kidney cancer at Synarc, in San Francisco, and a visiting associate professor of radiology at the University of California, San Francisco.

Guermazi received a medical degree from Sfax University School of Medicine in Sfax, Tunisia, and completed his radiology residency at the Saint-Louis University Hospital in Paris, France.

A contributor to numerous book chapters and scientific papers, Guermazi has also edited two books, Radiological Imaging in Hematological Malignancies and Imaging of Kidney Cancer. He currently serves on the editorial board of the journal European Radiology.
