TIP: instead of canceling class when you’re out of town, you can invite ERC staff to present a workshop on topics like “Avoiding Plagiarism & Integrating Sources,” “Editing Strategies,” “Study Smarter!” & “Manage Your Time and Productivity”
TIP: you can even let students attend ERC workshops or appointments for extra credit, contract grading points or participation points
