Mechanical Engineering Research Laboratories
The research activity in the department covers applied and basic research, cuts across disciplines, and offers students both breadth and depth. In many cases, these laboratories have strong collaborations with centers or other institutions in the Boston area. Research centers bring together a number of faculty from different departments in the College of Engineering, as well as from other schools and colleges at Boston University.
