On Thursday, August 20th, 2009, Boston University was host to a one
day conference known as the "Security Camp".
The "Security Camp" is a free one day conference for university system,
network, security administrators, and security managers. The goal of the conference
is to share the experiences of those responsible for maintaining
computing security in the higher education environment so all may benefit
from our collective experience. Opportunities to network with other
University staff are provided throughout the day.
This conference is partially sponsored by the NorthEast
Regional Computing Program (NERCOMP) and complements the Security
Camps that MIT
and Boston College have
hosted for several years.
Archives of the 2009 event are available.
