The fifth annual Graduate Student Conference of Classical Studies at Boston University is scheduled for Saturday, March 23, 2013 in the Colloquium Room (RM 906) of the Photonics Building.  We are very excited to have Professor Mark Payne of the University of Chicago deliver the keynote, “Beyond Empathy: Imagining Non-Human Life In Ancient Didactic Poetry,” at the conference.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
