One of the most effective ways to learn new business processes is for you to partner with coworkers and seasoned employees who have a deep understanding of your unit’s role and systems. To support you in the use of BUworks, we have established a network of Power Users.
What is a Power User?
Power Users work within their respective departments to help co-workers learn the system and related business processes, and apply those skills to their particular business role. Power Users can help identify areas where staff needed more training and they can also improve collaboration and ongoing support to the co-workers within their units.
