What is a Power User?

Power Users work within their respective departments to help co-workers learn the system and related business process and apply those skills to their particular business role. Power Users are playing a key role in implementing  BUworks/SAP by by identifying areas where staff may need more training, improving collaboration and providing ongoing support to co-workers within their units. Power Users are also involved in focus groups and business process improvement groups.

What is a Readiness Leader?

Readiness Leaders are appointed by senior leadership to understand the changes and enhancements and manage the implications for their organizations. Since Go-Live, they have shared information and helped employees understand the technology and business process changes associated with the implementation. They continue  to provide positive direction and support to employees in their respective organizations.
