About the BUWG Awards
In 1981, the Boston University Women’s Guild established its scholarship program for graduate women over the age of 30. We have awarded over 200 scholarships to poets, scientists, theologians, social workers, historians, engineers, doctors, journalists, lawyers, artists, and the list goes on. This is without a doubt the most meaningful and substantial way that the BUWG serves the University.
We look forward to celebrating the 2024-25 BUWG scholarship recipients and the generosity of our members with you on May 23rd.
The Annual BUWG Lunch & Scholarship Awards Presentation is hosted by BUWG President Amanda Urias and Awards Committee Chair & Former BUWG President Elizabeth Flagg.
