Payment options vary by laundry location. Depending on the equipment available, you may be able to pay using the CleanPay Mobile app, a credit card directly at the machine, or Convenience Points through the CleanPay app. Coins are accepted at all laundry locations.

Payment Options

CleanPay Mobile

CleanPay Mobile allows you to pay for laundry directly from your phone using a credit card. At select locations, you can also use Convenience Points through the app.

Some laundry locations require credit card payments to be made through CleanPay. At these locations, you will not be able to tap or insert your card directly into the laundry machine.

Credit Card at the Machine

Some laundry locations have a card reader that allows you to pay directly at the machine using a credit card. These locations may also support CleanPay through the app.

If you prefer to use CleanPay, select the machine in the app and follow the payment prompts. If you prefer to pay directly at the machine, use the card reader provided.
