Rent a heavy-gauge steel electronic safe for the academic year. Easy to use with your Terrier Card, credit card, or a PIN, an electronic safe is ideal for storing laptops, passports, important documents, and other personal items.
How to Request your Electronic Safe
Applications for both MicroFridge and electronic safe rentals are now in the My Housing Portal. Log in to the My Housing Portal and look for the “MicroFridge/Safe Rental” link in the top red ribbon.
Electronic safes cannot be delivered to apartment-style housing.

Charges will be applied to the Student Account after the first day of classes.
Service, Repairs, and Move-Out
Our safes are reliable and well maintained, but if you experience an issue due to normal wear or defective parts, we offer repair services. To request a repair, please complete an Electronic Safe Service Request Form.
At the end of your rental period, please remove all personal belongings and leave the electronic safe unlocked in your room. We will collect the safe after you move out.
