Box Office
Tickets or registration is required for some, but not all, events at the Tsai Center. Refer to the Event Calendar for information about a specific event.
Advance online tickets are required for some events. These tickets can require payment or can be free, depending on the event. Please reference the event calendar to find out where to purchase tickets online.
Occassionally, window ticket sales by the presenting organization may be available 1 hour prior to an event. We encourage you to purchase advance tickets online for the quickest way to get to your seat.
“This event is free and open to the public”: This means no tickets are required unless it is very specifically stated to register or reserve a ticket for free. All seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Notably, BU School of Music concerts are all free, open to the public, and do not require tickets.

- Type: General admission for nearly all events (reserved seating events must be ticketed)
