Departments need to be heavily involved in all planning and cannot just book events in name only for non-BU organizations. Producing the event is your responsibility (and it's a lot of work). Facility fees for Tsai must be paid by ISR and fees for other university service providers need to be paid directly to them via ISR or FSR, as appropriate.

Student organizations that are in the "Beacon" and "Commonwealth" road designations are eligible to book the Tsai Center. You should make your request in 25Live if it is for this academic year.

If your request is for next academic year, you can make your request here, but will need to indicate which road designation your group is in.
