Google Storage Former Student Communications

You are receiving this communication as we have determined that your affiliation with Boston University ended over a year ago, making you ineligible for BU Google services. Your BU Google account will be permanently removed and cannot be restored. This includes data stored in Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, YouTube, Maps, and Photos.

WHAT ACTIONS CAN I TAKE?
To retain your Boston University Google data, it is imperative that you immediately take the following actions:

• Transfer Your Data: Move all important data from your BU Google account to another storage option. This includes data in Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Photos.
• Verify Your Personal Account: Ensure your personal email account is verified for mail forwarding to prevent disruption of important communications.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY GOOGLE DATA?
To export a copy of your Google Account data, either to back it up or use it with a service outside of Google, we suggest using Google Takeout.
