Report Overview

In August 2020, the source system for purchasing data was changed from SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to SAP Ariba (Guided BUying). Since that date, only two of the original five Business Warehouse SRM reports contain data from both of these sources. These Help Guides describe those reports:

  • Purchasing Document Lifecycle (PDL) – View the status of a purchasing transaction from Purchase Requisition creation through PO assignment, invoice receipt and payment.
  • BU Spend (BUS)– View invoiced transaction activity by vendor, PO vs non-PO purchases, payment amounts, clearing numbers and dates, item description, shopper, etc.

The following three reports are not updated with data from Ariba. Thus, they are useful only for viewing historical data logged in SRM prior to August 3, 2020 (some Limit Orders are exceptions to this general rule; see below). The reports are described in this Help Guide: How to Run SRM Historical Reports

  • Limit Order Status (LOS) – View all active Limit Orders for your Funds Center. Information available includes original set-up amount (and adjustments, if applicable), total spent to date, amount remaining to spend, and Limit Order end-date. Report provides info on SC and invoices related to Limit Orders. Please note: in some cases, spending against Limit Orders with available funds will be allowed for a limited time after 8/3/20. In those situations, the LOS report will be updated with current information as invoices are paid.
  • Shopping Cart Approval (SCA) – View the approvers and approval dates for all approved shopping carts as well as the status of any shopping carts awaiting approval. Report focus is on shopping carts rather than purchase orders and invoices.
  • Purchase Order Status (POS) – View PO-related data including processing status, items requested, shopper, order quantity and value. Report focus is on purchase orders rather than shopping carts and invoices.
