An assessment management system allows academic programs and the University to keep track of program efforts to report their methods of academic assessment. Anthology Planning allows programs to enter and keep track of annual program assessment reports, compare them over time and export them, as well as to track which reports still need to be submitted. Faculty can collaborate on assessment reports and project and share departmental plans for assessing learning outcomes over time.

Benefits

Facilitates compliance with NEASC and other accreditors’ program assessment requirements, and internal program improvement efforts, by allowing the Provost’s office, program chairs, faculty, and administrations to track program assessment efforts.

Key Features

  • Provide an interface for programs to enter annual program assessment reports
  • Track which programs have submitted reports and which have not
  • Keep annual assessment reports where they can be viewed and compared over years
  • Export reports outside the system

What to Expect

This service normally will be available 24 by 7 except for standard change windows, as described in IS&T’s standard policies, procedures, and schedules for making changes.
