Public & Compliance Reporting services include the submission of federally-mandated, reputational, and ranking surveys.  We work closely with Data Trustees across campus to compile timely and consistent submissions that adhere to relevant definitions set by the requesting agency, within the guidelines of the University’s Data Policy.  We monitor changes in regulations and methodologies, and alert stakeholders of amendments so internal policies and practices can be updated as needed.  Additionally we assist with departmental submissions to various federal, state, and external agencies—providing data, making recommendations, and facilitating conversations across units.

Benefits

This service provides a centralized source for external data collections.  This improves the accuracy and consistency in reporting, enhances data security and appropriate use, and ensures all publically-released information has been vetted through the appropriate Data Trustee.

What to Expect

This service is available during normal business hours.  Each request is evaluated in conjunction with other University initiatives and institutional priorities to determine level of support and timeline.
