Clinical Testing Laboratory Information Management System (CTLIMS) is designed for the BU Clinical Testing Laboratory and enables the processing of COVID-19 tests. The solution provides structure for the receipt, storage, and tracking of test samples and their lifecycle, tracking samples through a multi-step testing process. It supports the delivery of results from CTLIMS to the Student Health Services Patient Connect and the Employee Occupational Health Occupational Health Connect.

This service normally will be available 24 by 7 except for standard change windows, as described in IS&T’s standard policies, procedures, and schedules for making changes.

Service is available to limited staff in the BU Clinical testing laboratory, which is the COVID-19 lab at Boston University.
