- Visit http://bu.service-now.com/ and log in with your BU login name and Kerberos password.
- Expand the Incident application in the left menu by clicking on the down-pointing chevron.
- Select the appropriate list view:
- My work: Open tickets assigned to the individual logged in.
- My group’s work: The open tickets of the logged in individual’s groups.
- My group’s – unassigned: All open tickets of the logged in individual’s groups that are not assigned to a staff member.
- My group’s – closed: All closed tickets of the logged in individual’s groups.
- Open: All open IS&T tickets.
- Open – unassigned: All open IS&T tickets that are not assigned to a staff member.
- Closed: All closed IS&T tickets.
- Once viewing a list, open a ticket by clicking on the INC number.
