IS&T understands that there are several enterprise-wide critical service time periods for the University. During these time periods, all normal changes will be reviewed with a higher level of scrutiny before receiving approval. Typically, these periods are established around critical University events or business processes where the implementation of a change could have a negative impact on the ability of IS&T to provide services for that event or business process. These time periods are referred to as Enterprise Change Restriction Dates.
