  • This building is well-insulated and has an airtight enclosure with energy-efficient systems for heating, cooling, lighting, and controls
  • Chilled beams in the ceiling help maintain a comfortable temperature while using less energy than conventional air conditioning. Heat recovery units also efficiently improve indoor climate conditions
  • Lighting systems use long-lasting, energy-efficient technology
  • Occupancy and daylight sensors are used for lighting, heating, and cooling

  • Building materials derived from recycled sources
  • More than 10% sourced from within 500 miles, minimizing the carbon footprint associated with transportation
