How We Can Help You
Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service with respect to all facets of your Perkins, HPSL/LDS, or Boston University Institutional Loans, once you have CEASED TO BE ENROLLED at BOSTON UNIVERSITY ON AT LEAST A HALF-TIME BASIS. This includes all aspects of the repayment process; including deferments, cancellations, timely payment processing, enforcement of all terms and conditions of each loan program, as well as, resolving your inquiries regarding these programs.
There are a couple of quick things worth knowing before getting in touch:
- We work exclusively with those who are no longer enrolled at BU on at least a part-time basis.
- For all Direct, GEL, FEL, SLS, PLUS, and any other loan granted by an outside organization, you should contact the appropriate billing service agent for each loan.
- If the Boston University Collection Department has contacted you about your student loan status, you should respond directly to 617-353-4100 or email@example.com.
