- Last Day of Classes. No student group programming after this date. Students may ask for last minute sign offs close to this date.
- New Group Applications open during March and close in June.

For officer transitions (change of an officer) happening with the calendar year, refer to our transitioning material.
If there is a change in officer, the group must submit a position request through Engage.
