Landon’s research interests include urban sociology and theory, sexualities, and qualitative methodology. His current research examines how and why LGBTQ people are forced by urban inequality to travel between Boston, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island in search of particular spaces that allow or constrain certain expressions of sexual identity.
