PhD Student


Kazi is a sociology Ph.D. student at Boston University. He holds a B.A. in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka and a M.A. from the University of Malaya in the same discipline. His M.A. dissertation title was ‘Gender Stereotypes and Education: Content analysis of Malaysian, Indonesia, Pakistani and Bangladeshi school textbooks’. His research interests include Education, Gender, Religion and Migration. His most recent works are published in PLoS ONE and Journal of Biosocial Science.
