Allison Wigen received her Ph.D. in Sociology from Boston University in 2026. Her research and writing focus on culture, work, environment, inequality, and social theory. She holds an Ed.M. in Arts in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Literary Arts from Brown University.
