The Department of Sociology is home to 18 full-time faculty members, two full-time lecturers, a half-dozen affiliate faculty members, 36 graduate students, nearly 150 undergraduate majors and over 30 minors. Each year more than 1,700 students enroll in sociology courses at BU, making us a popular destination for students representing all corners of the campus.
