These workshops are designed and led by Adam Naylor, Ed.D., AASP-CC, Director of the Athletic Enhancement Center, and Doctoral and Masters level graduate students from BU’s Sport Psychology Program. Instruction will include group activities, lectures, and reflective discussion. Every participant will leave with their own individualized Train Your Brain workbook.
