OTAPS (Occupational Therapy Assessment of Performance & Support)WORKSHOP – offered by both Boston University Sargent College and Tufts University Dept. of Occupational Therapy in a combined effort to meet the continuing education needs of clinicians who supervise their students.
Presenters: Anne Doughty, OTR/L and Barbara Ostrove, OTR/L
OTAPS is an individualized, client-centered measure designed for use by occupational therapists to assess BADL and IADL and assist in the process of discharge planning. The instrument is a low-tech, logical and occupational based evaluation that can be administered in under one hour.
Objectives of Workshop:
Become familiar with OTAPS both through learning about the assessment and practice using the instrument.
