Datel Honored by ACTFL
Congratulations to Master Lecturer in Spanish María Datel, who will be honored this coming Saturday with one of ACTFL’s highest national awards, the Nelson Brooks Award for Excellence in the Teaching of Culture. The award “recognizes a language educator who has made significant impact through the teaching of culture in the world language classroom and beyond.”
For those attending the ACTFL conference this year, the awards ceremony will be in the Grand Ballroom of the Boston Convention and Exhibitions Center, November 19, 6:30-7:30.
