Limited Submission Funding Opportunity: Immune Drivers of Autoimmune Disease

INTERNAL MATERIALS DUE: Friday, May 27th. The main objective of this program is to enhance our understanding of the immunologic processes, events, and changes that underlie the clinical manifestations of autoimmune diseases, including disease flare, remission, and progression of established disease, as well as the progression from a state of elevated risk to clinical diagnosis of autoimmune disease.

Funding Opportunity for BUSM Faculty: Karin Grunebaum Faculty Research Fellowship

INTERNAL DEADLINE: MAY 9, 2022. The Karin Grunebaum Faculty Research Fellowship, a BUSM annual faculty award, will provide $55,000 in total funds to a selected faculty member for a period of one year. In addition, upon request, the Karin Grunebaum Cancer Research Foundation will separately provide up to $1,500 for the selected faculty member to travel to seminars and meetings related to their research.

INTERNAL MATERIALS DUE: Friday, April 29, 2022 SPONSOR DEADLINE: Thursday, June 23, 2022
The objective of the program is to support projects that may be too innovative and speculative for traditional funding sources but still have a high likelihood of producing important findings. It is expected that investigations supported by these grants will yield high impact findings and result in major grant applications and funding as well as significant publications in high impact journals.
