Thinking Skills for Work (TSW), an enhancement of vocational rehabilitation, aims to improve the cognitive abilities of people with psychiatric disabilities to support their employment goals. Dr. Susan McGurk outlines the components of this cognitive remediation program and shares findings associated with work outcomes. This webinar is an introduction to TSW programming for cognitive specialists supporting those with psychiatric disabilities who have not found success through traditional Individual Placement and Support.
