Implementing a Behavioral Health Ambassador Program
The role of a behavioral health ambassador, their importance to a nursing facility, and tools for implementing this role are outlined in this webinar. Effectively recruiting, training, and maintaining these staff members is vital for the success of such a program to support nursing facility members with mental health and substance use challenges.
