Director for Undergraduate Affairs

Christa Panciocco serves as Director for Undergraduate Affairs at Boston University, where she works closely with the Senior Assistant Provost for Undergraduate Affairs to advance strategic initiatives that enhance the undergraduate experience. In this role, she coordinates student-facing programming, strengthens cross-campus partnerships, mentors students, and helps create a seamless, engaging experience from orientation through graduation.

With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, Christa has dedicated her career to helping students navigate their academic journeys and achieve their goals. Previously, she served as Associate Director of the Educational Resource Center (ERC) at Boston University, where she led university-wide academic support initiatives, supervised staff, developed campus partnerships, and oversaw programs focused on academic skills, writing support, student engagement, and staff development. Earlier in her career, she held advising and student affairs leadership roles at both Boston University and Lasell College, building extensive experience in academic advising, orientation, residential life, and student development.

Outside of work, Christa enjoys spending time with her three daughters, vacationing on Cape Cod, playing golf, going on walks with her Golden Retriever, Addie, and following college hockey. She also enjoys hosting gatherings that celebrate milestones, accomplishments, and the people who make a community special.
