Prof. Jan Haenraets Publishes on Srinagar’s Lakefront, Kashmir
Professor Jan Haenraets addressed “Death or Life of Srinagar’s Historic Lakefront Landscapes” in the journal My Livable City on “Heritages & Cities.” He highlights the threats of urbanization to Nigeen lake and Dal lake in Srinagar, Kashmir, and the urgency to shift approaches to safeguard these significant ecological and historical places.
