Danny Giancioppo

Danny Giancioppo serves as the Assistant Director of Communications & Public Relations for both the Photonics Center and the Neurophotonics Center, covering faculty, student, and university-wide news relating to the centers’ research goals and initiatives. Through features, profiles, event coverage, social media and website management, he provides constant coverage of the many advancements coming out of the two centers.

He furthermore manages the centers’ seasonal newsletter, “The Brightside,” and curates the annual report for both centers each year. Serving as the co-leader to the Communications Team, and the point of contact for the two centers, he is happy to collaborate with all and any interested parties looking to share news of or with the Photonics and Neurophotonics Center faculty, students, and staff!
